SURFING REP

We're looking for smart, approachable, collaborative sales people to develop relationships with business owners and decision makers. This is a truly flexible, entrepreneurial opportunity for the right person. Marketing, agency, or media sales experience a plus. Since this in your own business, you control how much or little you want to make. Surfing Reps are paid a weekly commissions for the quality spots that are sold on the site.

TEAM MANAGER

A Team Manager is responsible for overlooking and collaborating with the Surfing Reps. This position is vital and is needing a highly disciplined and responsible individual to take on this task. Team Managers are on a weekly salary of $550/week is only limited to 1 position at this time - once the waves pick up we will open up another position!

Surfbakersfield is looking to build an advertising team based around selling spots and a variety of other content on the site. This team will have a team manager and reps. Reps will be paid a weekly commission based on the spots they sell while the team manager will be on weekly salary to keep the team going!
